Return & Refund Policy
What are the conditions for a refund?
To maintain the highest hygiene standards for our community, we can only accept returns if the socks are:
Unworn and unwashed.
In their original packaging (with all tags and seals intact).
Please Note: If the socks have been removed from their packaging or show signs of wear, we will not be able to issue a refund due to hygiene reasons.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact our team at biane.era.co@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
Are returns free?
As a small UK-based brand, we do not currently cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as biané cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
My socks arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great pride in our quality. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us immediately at biane.era.co@gmail.com with a photo of the defect so we can make it right.
