Shipping Policy

How long will it take for my socks to arrive?

We ship all orders from our base in Aberdeen using Royal Mail. The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

• Royal Mail 24 / 1st Class: Aimed at 1–2 working days.
• Royal Mail 48 / 2nd Class: Aimed at 2–3 working days.
• Tracked 24: Usually arrives the next day (including Sundays in most areas).
• Tracked 48: Usually arrives within 2–3 working days (including Sundays in most areas).

When do you dispatch orders?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are typically handed over to Royal Mail the same day.

Do you ship on weekends?

While we process orders throughout the week, Royal Mail collections typically take place Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Can I track my order?

If you select a Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 service, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

For standard 1st and 2nd Class orders, we receive a delivery confirmation once the postie successfully drops them through your door.

Will my order fit through my letterbox?

In most cases, yes! We package our socks to be "letterbox friendly" whenever possible, so you don’t need to be home to receive your delivery.

*Larger orders of multiple pairs may be upgraded to a small parcel and might require someone to be in.
